As far back as you need — we regularly rebuild 2–5 years of history. We start from your last reconciled month (or ground zero if there isn't one) and work forward.

How much does an accounting cleanup cost?

Cleanup is billed per month cleaned up, starting at $500/month of history. We give you a fixed-fee quote after a short diagnostic review of your file.

Do we need to switch software for the cleanup?

No. We clean up your existing QuickBooks Online or Desktop file. If a migration to QBO makes sense, we can bundle it — but it isn't required.

Will our CPA be able to use the cleaned-up books for taxes?

Yes. We deliver reconciled financials plus workpapers and adjusting entries in a format your tax preparer can plug straight into the return.
