Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ready Accounting ("we", "us", "our") handles information collected through readyaccounting.co. It is maintained by Ready Accounting and describes our current practices for this website. It is not legal advice and is not an independent certification of our practices.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus standard website analytics:
- Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address, optional company name, and whether you opted in to marketing emails.
- Contact / new client form: the details you enter into our embedded intake form, which is hosted by ClickUp.
- Direct contact: anything you send us by email or phone.
- Analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring website, and interactions such as clicking a call-to-action.
We do not ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or tax documents through this website. Please do not send sensitive documents by unencrypted email — we will send you a secure method once you become a client.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and prepare proposals for accounting services.
- To send occasional accounting tips and updates, only if you opted in.
- To understand which pages and services visitors find useful.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate this site. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies:
- Lovable Cloud — website hosting, database, and file storage for form submissions.
- Google Analytics — website traffic measurement.
- ClickUp — the embedded new-client intake form.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process.
Retention and deletion
We keep website leads and inquiries for as long as needed to follow up and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
Washington residents and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights. To exercise any of these, email Info@readyaccounting.co and we will respond promptly.

Data submitted through this site is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our hosting provider under access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
